TERMS OF SERVICE:
GENERAL
I reserve the right to decline any commission order.Prices are subject to change based on demand.
PAYMENT
Payment details are send by mail along with an invoice.The price should be paid in full immediately after finalizing the order.I will not start to work unless half the price is paid
DELIVERY
The time to finish the work may vary from 1 week to 1 month based on factors like health, complexity of work, other works etc.You will be provided with a high resolution PNG and a web friendly image.
COPYRIGHT
I reserve all the rights to the art work.I have the right to post online the commissioned work.I will have the right to make further profit with the consent of the buyer.I reserve the right to decline an order and refund at anytime for any reason.The customer should not use the commissioned art for any commercial purpose. If you want to use it for commercial purpose, check below.You do not have any right to alter the content without the artist's consent.You have the right to post the art online. Proper credit should be provided.
COMMERCIAL PURPOSE
If you desire to use the commission as a commercial piece, it would be around 200% of a higher price. Discuss it with me.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Once I start working on the piece, there will not be any refund on the commission if you cancel the order.If I am unable start the commission, you will get full refund.
CHANGES TO THE WORK
Once you receive the final piece, I can make small adjustments. This include changing colors, adding small details and other easy changes.If you want other changes to your finished commission, you need to pay a fee. This fee depends on what you need changed. If the change is the result of an error on my part (like for example missing details you included in your order), the change will be free.I will not redraw the entire piece unless you commission it as a new artwork, so make sure you are happy with the sketch and WIPs you receive.
ORDERING, PAYMENT AND PROCESS
Send a completed form to the email address stated at the top. Include all the information asked for, otherwise you will get an email back to re-fill it. The email template can be found at the top as well.I will review the order and may accept or decline.After accepting your order you will be sent an invoice.Payment is upfront and needs to be paid in full before I start on your commission.The delivery date may vary from two weeks to one month. This can be discussed by email.
